# Delete your RevvRoutes account

RevvRoutes is provided by Revv Routes LLC.

In the app: open Profile > Delete account, type DELETE, tap Delete my account, then Delete forever.

Without the app: email kel@revvroutes.com from the email address on your RevvRoutes account. Use the subject "Delete my RevvRoutes account" and ask us to delete your account and its data. Do not send your password. We use the sender address to verify account ownership.

Deletion removes your personal profile, location, saved destinations, search history, alerts, votes, sign-in credentials and sessions, shared routes, reports and photos. Access ends immediately when deletion is processed; associated content is removed automatically in background batches with no intentional retention period.

Anonymous operational counts, scrubbed audit records and an account tombstone remain without contact details or location. These records have no automatic expiry.
