# RevvRoutes Privacy Policy

Effective October 6, 2026

RevvRoutes is a service from Revv Routes LLC for sharing golf cart routes and local reports.

## Information we collect
We store your display name, email address, account identifier and sign-in credentials to provide your account. We store routes, report descriptions, photos, votes, moderation reports, preferences, saved destinations and recent searches when you use those features. Your foreground location supports the map, navigation, recorded routes, report pins and nearby alerts. Your most recent location is stored with your account for nearby alerts. Location access stops when the app is not in use. You can deny or revoke it in device Settings.

## Sharing and service providers
Routes, reports, approved report photos and display names are visible to other members. Your email, saved destinations and search history are not public. Administrators can review content and reports of abuse. Convex provides hosting, authentication and storage. Resend delivers verification, password recovery and account administration emails. Apple Maps displays maps on iPhone; Google Maps displays maps on Android. Device location and address lookup services provide your position and address search results. We do not use advertising tracking or sell personal information.

## Your choices and retention
You can edit your profile, remove your own routes and manage saved destinations. You can report content and block members. Delete your account from Profile > Delete account. Deletion removes your personal account details, saved destinations, searches, alerts, votes, sign-in sessions and shared routes, reports and photos. Access ends immediately, and content removal completes automatically in background batches. We retain no shared user content after deletion. Anonymous operational counts, scrubbed audit records and account tombstones contain no contact details or location and have no automatic expiry.
