# RevvRoutes Terms & Conditions

RevvRoutes is provided by Revv Routes LLC. By creating an account and accepting these terms, you agree to the rules below.

## Responsible travel
Routes and reports are submitted by the community. We do not guarantee their accuracy, legal access, current condition or safety. Community votes do not establish legal approval. Obey local laws, posted signs, speed limits and closures. Yield to pedestrians. Stop your cart before operating your phone. Do not rely on the app for emergency assistance. Contact emergency services when needed.

## Community conduct
Share accurate, relevant information and only photos you have permission to share. Do not submit threats, harassment, hateful or sexually explicit content, spam, unlawful material or false reports. Text is filtered for common abusive language and report photos are held for administrator review before community display. You can report content and block members. Administrators can remove content and restrict or suspend accounts for violations. Report urgent abuse to kel@revvroutes.com.

## Your account and content
Keep your sign-in credentials private. You retain ownership of content you submit and allow us to store and display it to provide RevvRoutes. You can remove your own routes and request report removal through support. You can delete your account from Profile. Account deletion also removes your shared routes, reports and photos as explained in the Privacy Policy.

## Service and changes
RevvRoutes is currently free and has no purchases or subscriptions. Service availability can change and we may update these terms. Acceptance of the current terms is required before contributing content. For support and questions, email kel@revvroutes.com.
